Members receive a 25% discount on food only, applicable for up to 9 accompanying guests. Should you reserve for more than 10 guests, the 25% discount will be applicable for the first 10 and thereafter a 10% discount is applicable.

- The Garden Terrace Restaurant at NH The Lord Charles offers buffet breakfasts, lavish semi-buffet, full-buffet dinners and Sunday lunches.
- The Lobby Lounge at NH The Lord Charles is where a sumptuous high tea can be enjoyed at your leisure.
- Illanga Restaurant at NH Plettenberg Bay offers breakfast and an extensive a la carte menu or buffet style dinner in a relaxed and unique ambience.
- The use of the Tennis courts is complimentary to all Executive Club Members. Please contact concierge to view availability.
- The use of the hotels swimming pools and gym is restricted and reserved exclusively to in-house hotel residents

- One complimentary overnight stay for two including breakfast in Garden Terrace at NH The Lord Charles or in the Ilanga restaurant at NH Plettenberg Bay (subject to availability) which is valid for the 12 month membership duration.
- A complimentary Sunday lunch or High Tea during the month of your birthday. In addition a 25% discount is applicable for up to 9 accompanying guests. Should you reserve for more than 10 guests, the 25% discount will be applicable for the first 9 and thereafter a 10% discount is applicable.
The membership fee is R895.00 (incl. vat) for 12 months and is subject to renewal annually; please note that the membership is not automatically renewed.
The Executive Club Card is the property of NH The Lord Charles and NH Plettenberg Bay. All membership privileges are subject to the presentation of a valid membership card.
The membership card is valid for 12 months and is for your personal use only. The card is not transferable and will not be renewed automatically. Cancellations will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase and after the full membership package has been returned. The Executive Club reserves the right to modify or amend conditions of membership without prior notification.
A 30 day notice is required for all reservations at NH Plettenberg Bay over the period 01 December 2011 to 15 January 2012. Complimentary vouchers cannot be used for the period 25th December 2011 to 02nd January 2012
Discounts are not applicable on beverages during lunch and dinner, government taxes, room service, during selected (public) holidays, for recreational facilities, special events or promotional offers as determined by NH The Lord Charles or NH Plettenberg Bay.
The Executive Club reserves the right to modify or amend conditions of membership.
